Törnskogen Hike
One day hike in the beautiful nature reserve Törnskogen in the north of Stockholm, 15 km.
Törnskogen is a hilly rift valley landscape with pine and spruce forests, wetlands and swamp forests. Almost the entire Törnskogen is located at over 40 meters above sea level and here is the municipality’s highest mountain with fantastic views down to Norrviken.

Roslagsleden
Explore parts of the Roslagsleden on a 35km long two-day hike with one night of camping.
The Roslagsleden trail goes from Danderyds church, past Norrtälje, up towards Väddö canal and ends in Grisslehamn. You mostly follow forest paths or gravel roads, through cultural landscapes and different types of forest. Roslagsleden is a waterfront trail and you walk past several charming lakes. The final days you walk next to the sea. The trail stretches through many working-class communities and villages, and there are plenty of outdoor farms, guest houses, cafes and campsites. You will also find nice hotels and restaurants. Just make sure to check the opening hours before you leave.

Orlångens Naturreservat
Explore the “paradise in the middle of Huddinge”. A two day hike in the south of Stockholm following parts of the famous Huddingeleden trail.
In the Orlången nature reserve, you are met by an open and varied landscape. Here you walk along easy gravel roads and paths. Snowy winters are here Huddinge’s finest ski trails. All seasons offer good opportunities for bird watching at Ågestasjön, Bottnen-Balingsta and Flemingsbergsviken. The cultural landscape around the farms is varied with old-growth forest, pastures and arable land. Central to the reserve is a windmill, the “Dutchman” Balingsta mill. The mill is located on a mountain with fantastic views of Orlången’s cultural landscape.

Gotland
The island of Gotland is located in the Baltic Sea and known for its beautiful landscape. Have a hike out in nature while not being too far away from civilisation. A four days hike, camping along the Klingkustleden.
